One of the most common buzzwords you will hear at university is “productivity”. In recent years, being productive has become a major goal for many students. Want good grades? You need to be productive, right?
For many, productivity is associated with endless study sessions, little to no free time, and overwhelming pressure to perform. But what if there’s another way? Productivity does not have to be stressful, and this workshop is here to show you how. Together, we will explore the link between stress and productivity, debunk common productivity myths, and dive into practical strategies for better time management, study habits, mindset, motivation, and burnout prevention.
Note: This workshop does not aim to provide a one-size-fits-all solution to every productivity challenge. Instead, it is about equipping you with effective tools and techniques – helping you find what works best for you so you can stay on top of your studies without sacrificing your well-being.
Aims:
After successful attendance, the participants will be able to...
- reflect on their productivity habits,
- improve their productivity in a more enjoyable way.
Note for participants:
This workshop will take place over Zoom. The access link will be sent to you one day before the workshop, to the student email address you registered with.
