Beschreibung

In this compact rhetoric crash course you will learn the fundamentals of rhetoric and gain practical tools to communicate confidently, clearly and effectively — whether in presentations, discussions or other everyday situations. Together we will explore questions such as: How can I appear more confident? How do I develop and structure a persuasive speech? How can I effectively use body language, facial expressions and gestures?

Through small exercises and practical tips you will strengthen your rhetorical skills and gain more confidence in spontaneous speaking. This way you will be well-prepared and ready for the upcoming semester!

Aims:

After successful attendance, the participants will be able to...

  • understand the fundamentals of rhetoric and know how to use them purposefully for effective communication,
