This presentation workshop is suitable for students who want to improve their skills through both theory and practice. The workshop offers a dozen different tools and ideas to consider when designing and delivering any presentation. Participants have the chance to work on and improve their existing presentations with live feedback from fellow participants and the workshop leader.

Aims:

After successful attendance, the participants will be able to...

• design better and more interesting presentations to excite your audience,
• confidently deliver a 3 to 5-minute presentation, holding audience’s attention throughout their delivery,
• better perform in front of audience with more confidence in their body language and speaking abilities.

Trainer:

Bill Child

William Child, born in England, moved to Germany in 1998. Has been working in the financial sector for over 20 years in Germany as an English trainer and business management coach. He has worked at JW Goethe University, The German Bundesbank, BaFin, Lufthansa and many blue-chip companies for more than 20 years. Has also many years’ experience giving presentation coaching to both university students and business managers and leaders alike.

Requirements and Accreditation:

English-Level: B1/B2  or upper intermediate

The workshops of the 'Schlüsselkompetenzen' can be accredited for the optional module of some majors. The participants get a certificate of participation that can be presented to the person responsible for accreditation in their major.
