Beschreibung

This workshop will be held in English. We will discuss time management methods that will help you to self-reflect and identify what is really important to you, so you can structure your day around your values and goals. On top of learning how to effectively organize and structure your day, e.g. with the method „Working Backwards“ or „Eating the Frog“, you will learn how to harmonize duties and personal life. We will work directly with your phone calenders, so it is recommended to have this ready before the workshop.

Aims:

After successful attendance, the participants will be able to...

  • self-reflect and identify their values and goals,
  • prioritize their daily tasks,
  • structure their day to be more productive,
  • apply tips to deal with procrastination.

Note for participants:

This workshop will take place over Zoom. The access link will be sent to you one day before the workshop, to the student email address you registered with. Participants are also required to turn on their webcams, as it encourages the collaborative exchange between students.
