Your registration for the Conference KURSWECHSEL is mandatory. Please submit the €40 registration fee to the following account by October 5th, 2018:

Please understand that we can't provide registration on October 19th.
If you are registered and have transfered the fee, your name tag and conference folder will be handed out to you on conference day between 8.00 a.m.-9.00 a.m. in the Foyer of the Casino Building on Campus Westend at the Goethe University.
 Format Registration (optional)

If you want to participate in a Lunch Talk you have to upload a short CV and letter of motivation (PDF, max. three pages and 5 MB) with your registration by September 14th, 2018 You will receive an e-mail reply with a confirmation or a rejection by September 28th, 2018. Please note that you can only register for Lunch Talk only ONE company!

Please sign in only for ONE Workshop at a time (14.00-15.30 and 16.00-17.30) and make sure it doesn’t take place at the same time as any of the other formats, like the Lunch Talk or CV Check.

Terms of participation
Please note the terms of participation:
  • If registered participants don’t show up at the conference Lunch Talk or workshops, then other interested persons won’t have the chance to move up on the waiting list. If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least 6 days in advance. With your e-mail address, you can register again and cancel your participation in order for other interested participants to take your place.
  • The number of participants is limited.
  • After the conference, companies and institutions that offered Lunch Talks are obliged to delete all CVs and personal data that they received for the participant pre-selection process and aren’t allowed to provide these to third parties.
  • By registering for KURSWECHSEL, participants acknowledge and agree that pictures will be taken, the conference will be filmed and there will be interviews with participants in order to advertise KURSWECHSEL through radio and TV-broadcasting, print media, books, posters, and pictures online.
